Over 3 months, we work through your body, your mind, and your life patterns to create meaningful, sustainable transformation.

This work is gentle, supportive, and grounded in a whole-person understanding of stress and emotional wellbeing.

Rather than focusing only on thoughts or only on the body, we explore the three interconnected layers that shape how you feel and respond:

Your relationships, habits, boundaries, communication patterns, and daily environments.

Your beliefs, emotional awareness, meaning-making, and inner narratives.

How often should I book sessions?

Weekly or fortnightly is most common.
During periods of high stress, weekly support can be helpful.
